    Plasma cutting is a fast and precise method for cutting metal. Using high-temperature plasma, we can create clean, accurate cuts for your custom metal projects. Whether you’re looking for intricate shapes or straight edges, plasma cutting ensures smooth, high-quality results every time.

    Our plasma table is able to create projects using up to 5/8 inch thick cold rolled steel.

Next, we offer a range of painting options to match your style, followed by a protective clear coat to seal and enhance the appearance.

Custom Metal Work Process & Pricing

We ensure a seamless and professional experience for every custom metal project. Here's how the process works:

Design & Initial Fee
Every custom project begins with a $150 CAD design fee, which covers the time and expertise required to bring your idea to life. Using Fusion 360, a powerful Computer-Automated Design (CAD) software, we will collaborate with you to create a precise and detailed design that matches your vision. Fusion 360 allows us to visualize your project in 3D, ensuring every detail is accurate before moving forward with production.

Approval & Material Deposit
Once you approve the design, we will provide a final quote for your project. To proceed, a 50% deposit of the remaining cost is required. This deposit covers the material expenses needed to bring your custom piece into reality.

Project Completion & Final Payment
After your project is completed, we will arrange for delivery. At this point, the remaining 50% of the cost will be due to finalize the transaction.
