See it in Action

At M3 Custom Metal Design, I use the Langmuir Crossfire Pro CNC plasma table paired with a Hypertherm Powermax 65 Synx plasma cutting machine to bring precision and quality to every project. The table is equipped with a custom 4' x 3.5' water table, which helps draw metal fragments out of the air, keeping the cutting area clean and ensuring a smoother cut. For larger projects that exceed the table's cut area, I can weld pieces together to create the desired size for your project.

The Powermax 65 Synx can cut through up to 5/8" thick cold-rolled steel with ease, while its Finecut 45 amp tips allow for more intricate, detailed cuts on thinner materials like 14 gauge steel or lighter. This combination of equipment enables me to deliver clean, precise cuts and meet the unique specifications of each project.
